A true chocolate expert, Katrin Flietner takes her guests on paths trodden by cacao pioneers centuries ago. All bars, pralines, and truffles have their own history, from the harvesting of the bean to the final result. You can taste the subtle nuances in each piece, as long as you keep true to two key rules: Never refrigerate your chocolate and let it slowly melt in your mouth instead of chewing.
